As director/owner, Don is very involved with his clients and the linchpin of the company. Due to his banking background, thorough knowledge of the business and unbridled dedication, he is a good partner to spar with in order to achieve the best results together.

Bien Robert-Koopman

Bien is Don’s life partner and co-owner of Robert Administration. As an entrepreneur she is also the owner of FLO23. Almost every day she works creatively in her studio next door. The office and studio are connected to each other.

Max Robert

After completing my studies in Construction Engineering at MBO and Business Studies at HBO, I started working at Robert Administrative Office.

Max has since become a co-owner of Robert Administrative Office.

The interaction with different people and their financial situations ensures that no two days are the same.

Additionally, I enjoy drawing as a hobby. I really like the balance between creative and financial work.

Marcella Duives

Marcella has been with Robert Administration since 2009. She loves numbers, organizing and tidying up things. She likes to turn a box full of invoices, correspondence and receipts into a well-oiled administration.

Carla van Rooijen – Pollé

Carla has been working at our office for quite some time now and thanks to her work experience in accounting she knows all the ins and outs. She finds personal contact very important.

Lydia van Geene – van Ameide

Lydia joined Robert Administration in August 2018. Due to of the diversity of customers, each and every administration is different. This makes her work attractive and varied, and in turn results in tailor-made solutions.

Tatiana Wozna

As originally from Poland, she is the first point of contact for our Polish customers. Due to her good command of the Dutch language as well, she also works as an interpreter and can help with all daily affairs. Since 2013 Tatiana has run her own business, and resides in Amsterdam where her flex office is also located.

Roger Berends

Roger joined our office in 2022. He ensures structure and delivers customized solutions. Due to his financial and notarial background, he is the point of contact for questions about gift and inheritance tax returns.

Ania Jakubowicz

Ania joined Robert Administratie in November 2023. She has lived in the Netherlands since 2011 and brought her accounting experience with her from Poland.

In addition to her regular work, she is the point of contact for Polish customers and she also guides Polish customers to familiarize themselves with Dutch legislation and financial administration.

Keet & Muis

Keet and Muis are occasionally allowed to come to the office.
